He has a great motivating attitude and is very knowledgeable about his training. I have used personal trainer before and it is nice to have one the focuses on little things like breathing, posture and perfect form. Since we started training 5 weeks ago, I have lost 4kgs! I still have a long way to go but Christian is definitely going to get me there!
