Management and phone service is very disorganised and quite poor, although calls were promptly returned and cleaning job organised at very short notice. They are also extremely affordable and offer some discounts for long jobs and regular jobs. The actual cleaner who attended my property (Allen) was fantastic. He arrived on time with most of his own equipment, and he did such an absolutely fantastic job on a very dirty kitchen. He was friendly, extremely hard-working, non-judgmental, and willing to take on any task. So great that I gave him a big tip and some tea to take home! For this reason, I can give the company no less than 5 stars. The quality of their staff is what truly matters, but I would suggest some improvements in the communication of management. I will use Allen and Waterlily Australia for all my future cleaning needs. Note: Apparently, it is not common for the cleaners to receive tips.
