  I’m beyond impressed with Charis Cleaning! From start to finish, their service was flawless. The booking process was super easy, and they were able to schedule my cleaning appointment at a time that worked best for me. They arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to go! They did an exceptional job on my entire house — the floors, kitchen, bathrooms, and even the details I often overlook. Every surface was spotless, and it felt like a brand-new space when they were done. I especially appreciated their friendly attitude (thats you Tracey) and attention to detail. It’s so refreshing to find a company that delivers not only on quality but also on reliability. I’m definitely a loyal customer now, and I’ll be recommending them to friends and family!

  I went for a job trial for this company about a month ago, I worked the full 2 hours, pretty much doing the other girls job, she didn't really watch what I was doing, just told me what to do and sat back down and watched her phone. I have tried to call the company, on the same day, and the following week. With no return phone calls, at all. No pay. No job. No nothing. Very unimpressed with this company. I understand I might not have met their requirements, however there has been no contacting me to explain this, or pay me for my time. VERY DISAPPOINTED It's a real kick in the head when your really trying to find more work, you think you've found something, they give you a trial... THEN NOTHING.

  We have had the pleasure of using Charis Cleaning for the last few months after some bad experiences with other larger cleaning companies. We have been very happy with the service, attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend if you are in the northern suburbs.
