  This is hands down one of the worst cleaning services I have ever dealt with. On the cleaning day, only one cleaner showed up to handle three rooms, the kitchen, and the living room, which is completely unacceptable for a “professional” company. After arriving, they suddenly claimed that several key areas were “not included in the quote” and demanded additional payment. Even after paying extra, the cleaner failed to complete the job and left the property in a disgusting state. Because of their poor workmanship, I was forced to pay an additional $550 to my agent to fix the mess they left behind. This company didn’t just fail to clean — they cost me more money than if I had never hired them at all. I repeatedly called with no response. Emails only received a generic copy-paste reply saying to wait 24–48 hours to reschedule. Even after waiting, no one followed up, no one showed up, and no accountability was taken. This company takes your money, delivers half a job, then disappears when you try to resolve the issue. Zero professionalism, zero responsibility, zero care for customers. Avoid GBC Elite Cleaners/Shine Bond/Nexon Cleaners, all the same companies at all costs.

  “SHINE BOND CLEANING” ALSO KNOWN AS “GBC ELITE CLEANING”. ALSO KNOWN AS “NEXON CLEANERS”. DO NOT SPEND A CENT WITH THIS COMPANY! They muck around the times of the "clean", charge up front then add hidden fees mid "clean" that they don't stop calling you to pay upfront, leave the property beyond unfinished (I had to clean my house the next day myself to ensure I get my bond back) and then don't answer the phone when you express dissatisfaction. I have lodged a complaint with The office of fair trading Queensland as well as the ACCC to investigate them and HOPEFULLY save others from wasting their time and money on this bogus operation. You and your mates are horrible humans & run an operation which can only be described as theft.

  The service they provided was great. The company our real estate recommended for the exit clean never responded to my enquires and am genuinely glad they didn't after my experience with Shine cleaning . Renny , who was on time, came through personally and went through everything in detail and everything was agreed upfront. He even offered advice and a physical demonstration on what we were taking care of ourselves. Everything was completed to a high standard too. Strongly recommend

The cleaners I had originally booked canceled on me, but then I contacted this team. They did an excellent job, and my house looks much better than before it feels fresh and bright, and visually it’s much more appealing. So, thank you to this experienced team. I will definitely recommend them

  Terrible experience. Dishonest business. Booking : 7.04.25 Job Description: Bond Cleaning and Pest Control ( 3 bedroom duplex 2 bathrooms ) Cost : $639 full payment upfront They arrived late, demanded full payment upfront, didn't do anything, left rubbish in the garage, open air conditioners, dirty sink in the kitchen and left after half hour. They made me and my daughters very uncomfortable. We ended up cleaning rubbish they left and hiring another cleaning company at extra cost and time of work. It's been two weeks and we still didn't get a refund. They don't reply messages and don't answer the phone. Impossible to get in touch. Absolute nightmare.
