  “SHINE BOND CLEANING” ALSO KNOWN AS “GBC ELITE CLEANING”. ALSO KNOWN AS “NEXON CLEANERS”. DO NOT SPEND A CENT WITH THIS COMPANY! They muck around the times of the "clean", charge up front then add hidden fees mid "clean" that they don't stop calling you to pay upfront, leave the property beyond unfinished (I had to clean my house the next day myself to ensure I get my bond back) and then don't answer the phone when you express dissatisfaction. I have lodged a complaint with The office of fair trading Queensland as well as the ACCC to investigate them and HOPEFULLY save others from wasting their time and money on this bogus operation. You and your mates are horrible humans & run an operation which can only be described as theft.

  The service they provided was great. The company our real estate recommended for the exit clean never responded to my enquires and am genuinely glad they didn't after my experience with Shine cleaning . Renny , who was on time, came through personally and went through everything in detail and everything was agreed upfront. He even offered advice and a physical demonstration on what we were taking care of ourselves. Everything was completed to a high standard too. Strongly recommend

  Thanks to the Shine Bond Cleaning team I’m giving them a five-star rating because I had a job scheduled today and needed to hand over the keys to the agent tomorrow. The cleaners I had originally booked canceled on me, but then I contacted this team. They did an excellent job, and my house looks much better than before it feels fresh and bright, and visually it’s much more appealing. So, thank you to this experienced team. I will definitely recommend them

  Terrible experience. Dishonest business. Booking : 7.04.25 Job Description: Bond Cleaning and Pest Control ( 3 bedroom duplex 2 bathrooms ) Cost : $639 full payment upfront They arrived late, demanded full payment upfront, didn't do anything, left rubbish in the garage, open air conditioners, dirty sink in the kitchen and left after half hour. They made me and my daughters very uncomfortable. We ended up cleaning rubbish they left and hiring another cleaning company at extra cost and time of work. It's been two weeks and we still didn't get a refund. They don't reply messages and don't answer the phone. Impossible to get in touch. Absolute nightmare.

  Hi Rebecca, I hope you’re doing well. The review you gave us is really disappointing. You initially provided false information and hid the actual condition of your property just to book the job at a lower price. But when our team arrived at your home, your oven and kitchen were in extremely poor condition — it would have taken a lot of time and effort to clean them properly. We didn’t “increase” your price — we simply gave you a new quotation based on the actual condition of your property. It was completely your choice whether you wanted to go ahead with the revised price or not — we did not force you to proceed with the job. Since you refused, our team left without doing the work. Now, the review you left only harms our business, and it doesn’t benefit you in any way. If the review was based on genuine circumstances, we would have understood — but this is totally false. We spent our time and fuel to reach your property, and we didn’t even take a single dollar from you, yet you still posted a review, which is really unfair.
