Job Description: Dusting: Dust all surfaces including pictures on walls, glass and frames Removal of cobwebs on ceiling and in corners Toilet dust toilet roll holder Dust in window frames Book shelves in study When dusting move items Dust above door frames Dust above hanging lights in kitchen and living room Kitchen: Wipe down outside of cupboard doors and drawers in kitchen as finger prints get on doors. Wipe outside of dishwasher and fridge and oven for finger prints and marks. Clean stove top. Where appliances are dust area and wipe down Clean kitchen sink Clean under kitchen sink Empty and wipe out kitchen bins Dust above fridge Dust photos on photo wall Vacuum and mop floor Vacuum flies out of window frame Wipe window and sliding door with glass cleaner Dust above light in kitchen Wipe down light switches Clean sliding door and window over sink Laundry: Wipe down bench Clean sink vacuum and mop floor including under dog crate due to dog hair. All bedrooms including study: Change bins Vacuum flies out of all window frames Dust and wipe down desk in study Dust all surfaces and move items when dusting Vacuum floor plus skirtings on floor Mop floor Remove and change bedding. Wash mattress and pillow protectors every two weeks. Wash sheets etc. To note: In bedrooms to move bedside tables and vacuum and on skirtings behind. Once a month please move beds away from walls and vacuum behind. Bathrooms and toilets: Change bins Dust window frames Vacuum any flies in window fittings Clean sink Wipe out bath tub and remove all hair and dust. In shower recess please remove where shampoo bottles and soap is and clean that area. As showers are new I dont want any mould forming in showers so please clean shower stalls with mould preventative cleaner. With glass on showers, the glass as a special coating so that soap scum cannot build up on the glass. Wipe down the glass with a microfibre cloth with the windex glass cleaner. please do not lean with shampoo, i checked and this is the wrong thing to do. Rinse and dry. To note: In bathrooms there is a small tile sitting over the drain grates. Please remove these tiles and clean. the small tile is in the shower and the main bathroom as well. Toilet. Clean toilet bowl, behind toilet seat, onto of and underneath toilet seat. Dust toilet roll holders Vacuum and mop floors in bathrooms, when vacuuming and mopping move toilet roll holders etc. Also take shutters out and wash them once a month. Living and Dining room: Dust all surfaces including above lights and pictures on walls. Vacuum floors and skirting boards. Also vacuum under big rug in living room. Mop floors and lift big rug and mop under. Hallway: Dust all furniture. Vacuum floors and skirting mop floors. Outside deck: Please sweep and mop every two weeks.
