  Kathleen and her team do a great job. Ceiling and wall cleaning is included in their set charges which was not the case with the cleaners we had before. Strongly recommend.

• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  Yes, we are fully insured. Public Liability, Property in care, custody and control, Products Liability and Pollution. Our policy covers up to $5,000,000. We have an effective Quality Assurance System in place which includes regular site inspections to ensure you peace of mind. A scoring system is used in these inspections and if a job is found not meet our quality standards, we do it again at no extra cost. However, this never happens as we select our cleaners very carefully and train them very well.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  CleanService started as an idea to utilise non-toxic cleaning methods to build a service that isn’t only safer but also better in cleaning quality than traditional cleaning chemicals. It is the result of months of scientific research which resulted in over 20 recipes of non-toxic cleaning methods.
