  Xpertise Construction were contracted for an extensive, full-scale renovation of our three-bedroom apartment in Milsons Point, Sydney starting with a complete gutting of the apartment including the removal of several internal walls and archways. Work commenced beginning of May and completed beginning of August. Xpertise Construction lived up to their name and exceeded all expectations going above and beyond from the outset and throughout the entire renovation. They were on budget, completed on time and their work was of a high standard of quality and detail. We would highly recommend Alex and his team, not only would we use them again without hesitation, but would happily work exclusively through them should we have any future development plans. In the handling of our project, their services included: project management, design advice, appointment and co-ordination of trade servicemen, cabinet maker, shower and glass installer, stonemason, carpet layer, wooden floor layer, painter, tiler, air-conditioning installer, electrician and plumber. Alex coordinated his crew flawlessly whilst having access to a wide portfolio of tradesmen with whom they have a continuing relationship and accordingly have a similar ethos of keeping the client happy and who maintain a high level of professionalism and standard of work. From our initial site visit, to assess our requirements, to the last day of work, we worked collaboratively with the friendly Xpertise team involving frequent contact with the project manager, their design consultant, and each of the subcontractors to achieve the highly successful outcome we were seeking in the renovation. Their services extended beyond carrying out the construction work, they were able to assess the style of finish we desired, the final end-look and our tastes. In doing so they were able to make suggestions for solutions, address our concerns, anticipate potential problems, direct us to suppliers who may have the product we were having difficulty locating and use their experience gained from other projects for our benefit. This collaborative approach extended to all the trades men and a good example was the stonemason, who arranged a meeting with a wholesale stone supplier and we were shown some stock not generally on the market. We chose one for our kitchen bench-top and island. All through the project Alex personally monitored expenses and ensured his entire crew were aware of our budget and mindful of the project cost, cost effectiveness when considering options and were practical and pragmatic in their approach. Once the project started there was no down time and the excellent project manager assigned to our renovation project (who also acted as quality control manager) was always on site organizing and co-ordinating the trades men each day.   Xpertise Construction kitchen renovation services were referred to myself and my wife from a mutual friend and colleague (who has himself exacting standards)! From the product outcome, quality of finishes, it has been revealed that this referral was highly justified. We are very satisfied with attention to detail and responsiveness throughout the process. Xpertise Construction equally flawlessly managed the coordination of various trades in our kitchen enhancement project. We are appreciative of the care the crew took in keeping the other untouched parts of our unit tidy. The Xpertise team was strongly committed to deliver exceptional customer service (in a particular instance, they went out-of-normal working hours!) in that they took the initiative to install for us temporary lighting in our enclosed balcony whilst we are awaiting the delivery of our permanent light fixture scheduled next year. Whilst the solution is a short term one, the effect is well coordinated with our brand new feature brick wall and very stylish indeed with its warm copper hues. My wife and I commend the service of Xpertise Construction to anyone looking for professional renovation help without any reservation.

  The Xpertise Construction team have been outstanding. From first contact the team has been infallibly responsive, listened, followed up on any issues whether major or minor and worked with body corporate to make sure I was put in the best position. Xpertise Construction have always had my best interests at the centre of the project. The quality of the finishing cannot be questioned.   Our dreams became a reality with Xpertise. If you're looking for 100% professional renovation team with outstanding results, please look no further thanthe Xpertise Construction team, they were incredible and always went above and beyond to fulfill the highest standards. In fact, they turned our old (2) bathrooms into modern bathrooms. We were so happy with their reno work in the bathrooms and their work ethic during the project that we added more to the scope! (seriously that's how awesome it is to work with them!!). The team then updated all of our old wardrobes to gorgeous built in wardrobes with soft closing drawers, installed new sliding closet doors, updated our laundry room, installed a functional sliding door to our bathroom, arranged a painter to paint the entire apartment, modernized our door handles, among so many other things to make our apartment perfect! And at the end of the project, they left our apartment spotlessly clean!!!! We highly highly recommend Xpertise Construction! Thank you so much to the team for making our dreams become a reality!   Unbelievable team that kept me in the loop every step of the way, from the initial proposal, throughout the demo, until the final walk through. Very helpful in guiding me through this renovation process which can be quite stressful, but the Xpertise team were'[ extremely helpful, professional, informative, and pleasant, we felt at ease. Additionally, the job site was always tidy and clean at the end of the day. The best part was, the renovation finished on time and on budget. I absolutely love my beautiful new shop fitout and would highly recommend Xpertise to anyone looking to any commercial work, large or small.
