  Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend. When he came for the job, he overcommitted and agreed to multiple tasks but failed to deliver what was promised. He agreed to clean and paint the area under the pool pipes but did not do it. He promised to clean the gutters properly but only removed the first layer around the house, leaving the rest uncleaned. He promised to clean bird droppings but did not do so. He agreed to pressure clean the driveway but left a lot of dirt behind and did not complete the job properly. I am extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism. He also tried to overcharge me for changing a cowl. First, he demanded $1,000, then reduced it to $700, and finally agreed to $400. When I asked him to show what exactly needed to be replaced, he could not explain or demonstrate it. Later, I found the same cowl available online at Bunnings for $31. Due to these concerns, I stopped him from doing that work as I no longer trusted his honesty. Despite making full payment, he did not complete the agreed tasks and showed no accountability. Overall, I found him unethical and unreliable. I would strongly advise others not to hire him.
