  I cannot say I have any particular favourite customer story. For me I get most satisfaction when my customers are happy at the end of a job. I often find the small jobs are where customers are most satisfied or "relived" simply because they found someone to do the work and showed up.

  Usually we are asked how long a job will take. This is a very important question especially on bathroom renovations where the shower or toilet will be out of commission. The average bathroom takes between 8 to 13 days to complete allowing for glues and membranes to dry to their required specifications.
