We are fully insured and provide our customers with 7 years Warranty Insurance and 10 years Structural Insurance. We also provide a 3 month maintenance period to repair and make adjustments due to natural settlement.

1. Design an efficient well planned home. Ensure you discuss your plans with a builder before finalising design. Even better if you employ a builder to design and build your home.   2. Keep the exterior materials simple by selecting 3 main finishes. Do not over complicate with trying to implement too many different finishes.   3. Find the right builder who will work with you and design a home that suites your land with the right footing system.

How do you normally charge for your service?

To prepare a detailed and accurate quotation, as a minimum we need construction drawings, engineering, soil report, thermal performance assessment and current copy of title. We also meet one-on-one with all our customers on their site to better understand the project and finishes.

We are a Custom Home building firm and our specialty is a complete Custom Design & Build service. The style of home we enjoy to build is Edwardian, French Provincial and Modern.

The directors of Sarac Homes have degrees in Construction Management and a Diploma in Interior Design. We are registered as a Domestic Builder Unlimited, accreditation as a HIA Greensmart Professional Builder and are members of the Housing Industry of Australia.
