If using this service make sure you get a written quote. I was given an estimate originally because he said he wouldn't know til he saw the job, which was fair enough, but after seeing it I was still not given a final quote but was given the impression it wouldn't be a huge job. He charged for labour totalling 5 plus hours to replace a missing fly screen on a very small window (materials included) and to install a cat flap I had bought from Bunnings. The invoice welcomed questions so I rang, twice, and left messages, and also emailed questioning the time, but as of now have received no response. My main problem is the lack of response - it maybe that there was a perfectly good reason but I will never know. Its a pity as the job was well done and I would have liked to use them for other work.In conclusion, I would say they were ok to use but make sure the price is laid down at the start and don't expect any communication after that if you are concerned about anything.
