  *UPDATED - would give 6 stars if possible* We engaged DEMK (Sage) to renovate our investment property kitchen and bathroom. He was priced well, has clear variation pricing listed for anything unforeseen and pushed hard to try and hit our tight dates during a busy period. The quality of work was excellent and we're extremely happy. The standout for us was that the property was finished while we were overseas, so we couldn't inspect ourselves before the final invoice was due. We paid it regardless, inspected when we got back, and noted a few minor issues. Sage and his supervisor Nino were excellent in coming back to rectify these issues. This is a testament to their character in that they're not just here to take your money and leave you stranded high and dry. They finish what they started even when there's no more incentive to do so. Thanks Sage, Nino and the team! Update: We had issues with the rangehood tripping the circuit after another subbie installed some AC. Nino and the team prioritised a visit to get it resolved with high urgency to ensure we could get it resolved before the tenant moved in. All sorted now! Double thank you team!

  Sage and his team have just finish major renovation of our 2 store 5 bedroom 2 bath rooms, powder room, kitchen the entire house. It has been a complete transformation and we are now setup for the next 25 years and looks great. The only criticization was there untidiness during the works as we where still living on site but all cleaned up when finished Thanks Sage and your team

  I had a great experience with DEMK Constructions. From property inspections through to renovation advice, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Sage was a pleasure to deal with, straightforward, reliable, and clearly knows his stuff. It’s refreshing dealing with builders you can actually trust. Highly recommend them!

  Excellent service! Sage and his team delivered a sparkling new bathroom on time and within budget and always with a smile. Service and communications were first rate and there was no problem that couldn’t be discussed and solved quickly. Highly recommended Builder it’s nice to see a friendly and helpful contractor at this busy time.

  Sage and his team at DEMK were great. DEMK rebuilt our balcony after it leaked. Sage and Nino worked with us and provided sound advice on achieving our overall objectives with not only the balcony but other rebuilding works around the house. Sage is knowledgeable, compassionate, and experienced and it shows in his problem solving and work ethic. He is a thorough professional which is a rarity these days and communicates and explains things upfront to ensure there are no misunderstandings or gotchas down the line. Being a VBA approved builder, and unlike others, the team at DEMK ensured documentation and insurance is provided and the rights of the owner and the rights of the builder are clearly communicated, which was a first for me. I can’t recommend them enough.
