  This team are a well oiled machine! They are quick, efficient and execute to a high standard. I had complete reassurance that no short cuts were being taken and a high quality finished bathroom was the goal. When challenges arose ( as they will) Nino was always there to explain the concern, present solutions and check that I was happy with the path forward. I was not pushed to compromise and the team were committed to find solutions, even when it caused some delays. Overall a great experience and an even better result, the new bathroom is perfect!

  *UPDATED - would give 6 stars if possible* We engaged DEMK (Sage) to renovate our investment property kitchen and bathroom. He was priced well, has clear variation pricing listed for anything unforeseen and pushed hard to try and hit our tight dates during a busy period. The quality of work was excellent and we're extremely happy. The standout for us was that the property was finished while we were overseas, so we couldn't inspect ourselves before the final invoice was due. We paid it regardless, inspected when we got back, and noted a few minor issues. Sage and his supervisor Nino were excellent in coming back to rectify these issues. This is a testament to their character in that they're not just here to take your money and leave you stranded high and dry. They finish what they started even when there's no more incentive to do so. Thanks Sage, Nino and the team! Update: We had issues with the rangehood tripping the circuit after another subbie installed some AC. Nino and the team prioritised a visit to get it resolved with high urgency to ensure we could get it resolved before the tenant moved in. All sorted now! Double thank you team!

  Sage and his team have just finish major renovation of our 2 store 5 bedroom 2 bath rooms, powder room, kitchen the entire house. It has been a complete transformation and we are now setup for the next 25 years and looks great. The only criticization was there untidiness during the works as we where still living on site but all cleaned up when finished Thanks Sage and your team
