  Sage and his team at DEMK were great. DEMK rebuilt our balcony after it leaked. Sage and Nino worked with us and provided sound advice on achieving our overall objectives with not only the balcony but other rebuilding works around the house. Sage is knowledgeable, compassionate, and experienced and it shows in his problem solving and work ethic. He is a thorough professional which is a rarity these days and communicates and explains things upfront to ensure there are no misunderstandings or gotchas down the line. Being a VBA approved builder, and unlike others, the team at DEMK ensured documentation and insurance is provided and the rights of the owner and the rights of the builder are clearly communicated, which was a first for me. I can’t recommend them enough.

  Sage and his team recently did some extensive work for us and we are delighted with the results. From the outset, it was clear that Sage genuinely cares about doing a good job and that he takes pride in being honest and upfront - something our experience tells us that cannot always be relied upon in a builder. The quality of work is excellent and the team he brought in - including the irrepressible Nino and reliable Arnold - are very competent, professional and always respectful, mindful of being in someone's home. Everything was done thoroughly and to a high standard. When there was an initial issue with tiling, it was promptly addressed without fuss. It is also worth noting that Sage and Nino were very responsive with good communication, so that we felt informed and reassured throughout several weeks of work. We chose DEMK constructions not because they were the least expensive quote, but that after meeting with Sage, we felt he and his team would do the best job, with their attention to detail and not cutting corners. We would recommend DEMK Constructions to anyone looking for a builder that is honest, meticulous and committed to delivering excellent results.

  I can't thank Sage and the DEMK team enough for the work they did on my bathroom. Although there was a slight delay in starting, the work was still completed well within the timeframe I was given. The entire team were fantastic to deal with, happy to answer any questions along the way. I am so very happy and impressed with the end result, and would (and already have) recommend them to anyone who is looking to have work done, and will use them again in the future should the need arise.
