Sustainability and long term change should always be the focus in this industry. Many people get results but lose them rapidly as they haven't made any shift in their base behaviors. If you're getting into fitness it should be to fix the issues that lead you here in the first place. If you can achieve that then you will have secured your future health. Look for someone who focuses on long term success not short term wow factor.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Do you have lock in contracts? No, we have a membership agreement. This works similar to a regular job where if you wish to stop working with us a 2 week notice period is required before the finish date. We want people to stay with us because of the value we give as opposed to being locked into a contract.  Do we work on nutrition? Yes, we educate our members so they are capable of changing their eating habits for the better and keeping them that way. The goal is not some FAD diet but rather a long term diet tailored to the individual that allows them to meet they goals as well as their needs.   Can I train with injuries? Yes, injuries are something that must be taken care of and worked with sensibly. This can be something we can assist with or have you work with our affiliates. The idea that all exercise should stop is generally an overreaction, you should still train just train smarter.

Our goal is to transform the lives of as many people in the area as possible. To build a community strong and healthy leaders who inspire those around them. We aren't here for the short term, we are here to change people into a better version of themselves permanently.

We work on long term change focusing on habits and education. We don't do workouts, we do programs designed to reform each individual into a more healthy version of themselves. We take the fragile and make them anti-fragile.

The most important things for us to know, is a clients goals, injuries and setbacks. This way we can work a game plan, to achieve there goals and also combat any setbacks whilst navigating around there injuries

Consistency and enjoyment are a must if you want results.  Sleep, and eating are just as or maybe more important than your training   Pick the workout that allows you to be the most consistent!
