We have a start up package of $2,500-$3,500 to get you going and started on your dream home and this included Soil test, Site levels and concept drawing to show you what you can fit on your land. How we charge for our services We charge for our services depending on the job and can provide price estimate based on the plans provided or we can provide one of our home designs to pick from. We accept payments through cash, cheque & direct deposit. We are fully insured, and offer a seven year warranty for our workmanship via DBI.
