We are insured with all relevant bodies and guarantee our work with 6 years warranty. We work in accordance to all regulatory bodies such as the NCA, BCA and Fair Trading.

Growing up in suburban Western Sydney, I saw first hand how the layout and community was changing with new developments and buildings in and around our locality. I always knew that this was something I wanted to be a part of.

A customer once phoned us to gain a second opinion on their bathroom renovation. The original builder was charging them almost double what we had proposed at the time, and ended up going ahead with our organisation.

Customers generally ask "why are you so open with us?" and our response is that we are a very honest and transparent organisation, this is how we like to run, particularly being family owned. We never make a promise that we cannot keep.

We are transparent and honest from the first time we meet until we deliver our work. This ensures that our client understands and see's where their money is going and all their designs and ideas are taken into consideration and implemented, and our client relationship is not damaged.

Our team works closely with the Clients to ensure all their needs, questions and specifications are addressed and we achieve UN-compromised quality.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We would generally ask for a site visit to ensure we can measure and assess all contingencies. Our site visit generally consists of measuring, photography, discussion of what appliances and accessories you prefer, a sketch of ideas. We then head back to our office and develop a design and layout plan and send back to the client for approval.

We provide a free non obligation quote, a free design and layout plan drawn to measurement to ensure you can visualise the works we propose, a cost break down of where your money will be spent - This ensures our transparency with the client and is what brings people back to us.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We work on a low profit margin, unlike our competitors who over charge, we believe that by not over charging our clients and being content with the work we have, we will generate more work. This theory has been working for us for the past 4 years and we do not intend on changing.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge a bulk price for the completion of works, in some cases we charge a Cost Plus Plan (CPP) which implies that the client pays for the cost of labour and materials and we charge a % on top for our Project and Construction Management during this period.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in budget, standard and high end bathroom, kitchen and all home renovations as well as extensions and additions. We also have our own Remedial Division which was part of our 2022 plan for expansion.

Our team has extensive experience in delivering some of Sydney's most iconic projects. Our building, design and consultancy department have great qualifications and accreditations from some of Australia's prestigious institutes.
