How much for x ?...........I need all the information of what "x" is first.  How long will it take ?...........I need to look at all the "x's" then compile the information. Why is x expensive ?.........the labour element to complete "x" is the issue - not "x" itself (quiet often)

Communication, communication, communication, communication !!  We as a Builder must communicate to the client & source information to be able to provide a rewarding experience.....95% of issues - stem from lack of effective & accurate communication !

As per legislative contract relevant to the project. A full scope of work & payment intervals will be provided before commencement of works. Prime cost & Provisional cost items are clearly disclosed.
