Yes I have public liability insurance ,all work  performed from changing tap washers to  bathroom renovations  is  guaranteed 100%  customer satisfaction , the jobs not complete until the customer is 100 % happy .

I have always liked to make and build things, . I like to meet knew people and help people when ever I can. I enjoy seeing the satisfaction on customers faces when a job is finished   so why not do it for a living

yes I did a job for a lady about ten yrs.' ago, she was a very pleasant person with a great attitude. I had been back there several times doing odd jobs, until one day she asked me if I was single which I replied yes . We went out a few times over the next few months, only to still be together to this day . and she still has odd jobs to be done in  OUR house that I never seem to find the time  to do

I get to meet all types of people and professions, variety is the key to life and I get plenty of that. Every day is different and also can be challenging  I love to make and build things. I have the flexibility to attend to children's school events  and family

That would depend on the job at hand, you wouldn't hire a mechanic with no building experience to do your new kitchen fit out. So therefore a customer should ask about ones experience on the job requested.

Good old fashion values make me the trustworthy and reliable. I was brought up in a large family where it was instilled into me to be honest and reliable and never say your are going to do something and not follow through.

you need to know materials costs and the time factor it will take to complete the job You need to know the in dept details of the job and if there is any underling factors that you cant see. you need to know if other trades are required to do specific jobs

I always offer to the customer different ideas on what they could do with the project. 1 different ways of doing it . 2 different materials to use 3. research the job in hand 4. there are things the customer can do them selves to save money. 5. advice on how to go about doing it them selves

I don't offer anything special , except for honesty, reliability, trustworthy and good old fashion values. I do offer to reoccurring customers and referral customers a  discount on any other work that needs doing.

My prices are competitive because I don't charge a call out fee , I only work in a close proximity to where I live , keeping travelling costs to a minimum and have and will be around in business for a long period. I don't charge a percentage for any materials , my cost is your cost.  no fly by nighters here.

I charge out in two ways. For small jobs I charge out an hourly rate plus materials . For the larger jobs such as renovations , fencing , kitchen bench tops , plastering etc , I give a quoted price .

Yes I specialise in all facets of plastering weather it be ceilings or walls I can get the job done.  when it comes to industry I do a lot of carpentry / renovations

My skills are unlimited I can lend a hand to just about anything, therefore making me the right person for almost any job. I am a qualified Plasterer and hold a cert 4 in work place health and safety
