Location: The Gap, QLDJob Description: I am requesting three quotes and arborists reports regarding a huge Tipuana tree that is in the very small backyard of our neighbour's, at 6 OANA STREET THE GAP. The home is rented and all correspondence is passed to the owner via the property manager. We have lived next door with a shared boundary for two years. We own 4 OANA STREET THE GAP. The tree has and is causing so much anguish to all adjoining property owners concerning overhanging branches etc. The tree is now developing a lean over our properties also. The tree is not maintained by the tree owner in any way. We have all expressed concerns regarding the danger it poses during storms, the growth over our property boundaries and the falling debris of flowers and leaves with nuts that constantly clog swimming pools and gardens/yards. All attempts to notify the owner of our concerns have been totally ignored. I am hopeful that with reports and quotations from arborists that I will send to him regarding again our concerns, the tree and its costing to either have it drastically cut and reduced in size or cut down completely will have some positive response.Service needed: Tree inspection or report | Number of trees: 1 tree | Approximate height of the trees: More than 12m | When: As soon as possible - Arborist job
