Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the job. I requested a quote for the outside of my house, including the roof. The quote from Ow excluded the roof, but as all other quotes included the roof (as they should have), I didn't notice that Ow had excluded the roof. I chose them, and when the job was finished asked why it was not complete. They pointed out that the contract didn't include the roof. They offered to do the roof at a huge 'cost' price. I have since got other quotes for just the roof at much less than Ow's quote. However, the work that they did, was excellent. I would advise everyone to check Ow's contract very carefully before agreeing to hire them. They were very pleasant and did an excellent job in excellent time - completed when they said they would. It was just unfortunate that they didn't, in my opinion, complete the job, and were charging a lot more than others to do so. YvonneRochele Painting
