Sombrilla: I spent 6 months trying to get a budget priced overseas entity to deliver a time urgent website. We eventually got to a point where the requests for answers to “How is it going?” Were answered by “Ya”. I was at a point of crisis. I am comparatively computer illiterate. I needed to take 30 years of self employed processes and take them into the 21st Century. Jenny at Sombrilla sent me some easy start forms to identify what I needed. We had a very easy meeting to go through the basics. She sent me an example draft and from there on she was across everything. She gave me training videos on how to use and edit the different functionalities. The website is up and on time. I realised I had omitted some important links. I sent a message last night and it was fixed this morning. I cannot commend Sombrilla highly enough to you. Quality design. Great understanding of client needs (they knew what I needed when I had no idea what I actually needed). Solutions. On time delivery. Superb access and communication. In hindsight I wished I had spent the bit more upfront with Sombrilla rather than try to save dollars and end up with stress and nothing to show by taking the cheap option. Sombrilla is professional, honest, ethical, reliable, punctual, easy to communicate and very very helpful. So glad I found the right website company.
