  Absolutely unacceptable service. If you are prepared to repeat instructions multiple times and still have the work completed incorrectly — only to then pay someone else to fix it — this is the experience you can expect. Their response times are poor, and their hosting fees are 3 times that of anyone else. There is no word in the english dictionary to desribe their communication style, and there is no reliable phone number or clear contact information available on their website. Stay the hell away from them or be prepapred to get ripped off and annoyed. I have had to contact the Department of fair trading to get legal protection from these people.

  I have had a great experience with ComX and Suzy. Very affordable prices and they have been extremely co-operative. Suzy always considered my personal needs for the website, and was very prompt in making small changes to the outlined areas. My only constructive comments would be that in the beginning I found myself repeating a lot of what I had written in previous emails as there is a language barrier. It did become frustrating, but I found talking with Suzy over the phone to be a more efficient form of communication. I would also like to suggest that the design team offer professional recommendations and considerations with regards to overall website design, rather than referencing existing templates. The templates are a great starting point, but what really drives it home is seeing the designers getting involved with the design process and collaborating with the clients motives and implementing their professional flair into the work to give it that extra "zing". But overall I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this company.
