Main items that would be included is 400L fridge freezer, 150L fridge, 8 seater dining tables, 2 sofa beds. one queen bed, mid sized coffee table, 3mX.5m tv cabinet, Medium sized out door table, 2 standard chest of draws, Washer/dryer, 3- 2.4X0.6X.06 garage cupboards, 1-2.4X1.0X.6 garage cupboard, BBQ, 3 bikes plus 3 kids bikes. These are the main items and there would be other ones such as microwave outdoor umbrella and potentially 20-30 boxes, although these aren't as important as the bigger items and we can potentially take these down.
