  NEVER use this moving company ever!!! If there was a negative star rating, they deserve that. Melbourne Central Movers lied to me before taking up my job assuring me that they would move my furnitures on 22nd March 2025. They had other jobs already booked on that day and still took on my job and did not turn up until i sent them an email and rang them asking them of their whereabouts. They gave me a different time AGAIN and did not turn up then as well. In the end, they cancelled the job after making me wait all day and told me they will move my furnitures on 23rd March 2025. On 23rd March 2025, they caused a huge water damage on my property when their movers who disconnected the hose of my washing machine did not switch off my tap causing a flood in my house damaging my wooden flooring, skirting, paintwork. They broke my very expensive red vase as well. The movers very quietly placed my broken vase in my parents garage without telling me it was broken. I saw it and questioned them. I emailed them regarding the damages and they lied and refused to reimburse me. Unprofessional company and a bunch of lying workers.

  Absolutely disappointing experience – avoid at all costs. We booked this removalist company months in advance, completed all the necessary paperwork, and did everything by the book. On what was already one of the most stressful days, they left us waiting for hours, only to never show up. There was no communication, no apology, and no accountability. If they were unable to do the job, the least they could have done was be transparent and give us notice so we could make alternative arrangements. Instead, we were left scrambling with no support whatsoever. To make matters worse, requesting a refund for our deposit was another ordeal. After spending hours on hold, they finally responded—only to ask for my bank details over email, which is highly insecure and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go with a removalist that values your time, safety, and peace of mind.
