I’ve moved house a few times, but this was my first time using a removalist. I was so happy with my choice to use Advance Movers. From the initial phone call where Jake took the time to fully understand my requirements and timing, to the huge effort by both Jake and Jamie on the big day, to taking away empty boxes weeks later, I couldn’t be happier. A couple of days before moving day Jake suggested we start a little earlier due to the impending heat and/or rain. So pleased that we did. On the day, we experienced light showers, intense heat and unbelievable humidity. In this uncomfortable weather, Jake and Jamie never once complained. Nothing was too much bother. They approached the whole job with humour, friendliness and professionalism. They took great care with all my belongings, from the heaviest of lounge furniture, to the fragile boxes of crystal. I’m still unsure how they navigated that huge truck down the difficult driveway. So impressive! If I ever move again, I will definitely have these guys do the job.
