Paul Rose was easy to contact by phone and email, and he was friendly, helpful and professional. My furniture arrived undamaged, for which I was grateful. The flat rate fee of $178 was all I paid and there were no nasty "extra" surprises. They were late by over an hour and when I rang to check, Paul said he'd changed the times. I wasn't informed of these changes. Paul said he'd rung me but I don't have a log of having missed his call. I think when changes were made to the agreed times, Paul should have made more of an effort to contact me . He could have texted or emailed me, as he knew of the changes a couple of days before the job due date. The boxes need to be stacked onto pallets and shrink wrapped to prepare for transportation. Most boxes are 12-15kg or less, and a handful are heavier, but maximum 22kg weight. Needs to be within business hours 9am and 5pm on a weekday or 8am-2pm on a Saturday. Please quote to provide the pallets (I think will need approx 9 pallets 1.2x1.2m), shrink-wrap materials and tape.
