DONT USE THESE GUYS When talking on the phone, told them both houses had stairs, both were easy to access and everything would be packed and ready to go. They gave a me quote, which included 2 guys. They told me rate per hour plus driving to and from the job. Which I understood would include everything else. Now here is where things went crap, 1 guy was semi experienced (employed since May 2025) and the other had been on the job 3 days. What should have been a 3 hour job at most, turned into a 5.5 hour job. I only moved 5km down the road, due to a back enjury, I couldn't move myself. To move my gear out of the house into the truck, took nearly 3 hours?? and almost 2.5 hours to unload. My son was even helping with the lifting/moving. The mattress's weren't wrap and were left on the ground(1 was ripped) fridge has a dent and boxes that were marked fragile, had broken plates etc. and walls were marked and dented. Then I was charged an extra $570, which was double the quoted price. My issue is with the fact that they sent someone who is not experienced and slowed the job down, they really should have sent 2 experienced guys and the trainee for the quoted price or told me prior to the day. I’m very disappointed with this company. The staff who helped us with the move were extremely slow, especially considering they charge $180 per hour. They didn’t protect or cover any of our belongings and handled everything without care. They damaged a table, and the mattress ended up torn and dirty all over. The sofa was left completely filthy because they dragged it on the ground. I do not recommend this company at all. repliedMovalist30 Jan 2026
