  They upsold me and it was relentless They absconded with a truck load of my belongings as they wanted to charge 2.2K for 6 hours work I tried to query it and got spoken over (When you call you will speak to a sakes person Then the owners will call you and the bargaining starts and you will be forced to change your contract ) The drive between the two houses is 15 minutes Then Ray - Janush Nagpal told the boys not to unpack the truck They wouldn’t allow me to give over my card details to pay for my belongings They demanded a sincere apology from me and all types of silly requests Police was called They didn’t listen to what the police advised them to do The absconded with my belongings - the truck drove off They unloaded my belongings at the depot in Hubner Road, and charged me for that Two days later, they threatened to take it all in the dump If I wanted it, I had to go to the depot and collected myself Four hours later, they said the truck was loaded and coming back to deliver to me at the new premises Again the police was called I had to pay themI paid them 2.2K After unloading they ask for another $1100.00 Paid that and now there are items still missing and no one wants to answer my emails or speak to me The boys at my house were Eberton and Carlos they were in collusion with Janush Nagpa who calls himself Jay When they got to the property that I was moving out of, they decided to film what I had despite what I had requested This is to get me to upsize the truck When I said no that I wanted the small truck they said they could only stay for three hours This group came to my house with a sole intention of upsell It’s a group effort I wanted to keep the small truck as per my initial order I was forced to take the big truck and for the whole day or cancel and order with another company. I’m a casual worker. I had taken time off work to do this move. On the day of the initial Phone consultation I had done a 34 minute video of everything to go Which I believed would fit into a small truck Do not trust this company They are extorting money from me I sent them a photo of some of the things that are missing They have also damaged furniture No reply or any further consultation so far These delivery boys will listen to their boss irrespective of code of conduct and adhering to the law They have showed no respect for me as a customer and they especially seek to rip off women Take your business else where They took my order 9th October 2025 Move date was the 14th They had my fridge on the truck All the food spoiled and had to be thrown away My losses are on going and have not been taken into consideration by them Just no response How are you even allowed to operate Where’s the rest of my belongings?

  Mark and Mark came and helped empty out our whole house, carefully protected all of our furniture and then delivered and moved everything into our new home second story. We had some clunky hard to move items that were soft woods and leathers, they had to up and down unfinished stairs and couldn’t have asked for a better job. Really great blokes 10/10.
