  A move that should have taken 3-4 hours max took over 6 hours. Incredibly slow and they charge by the hour. Moved items individually and slowly. Was charged $1100 and was expecting $800 at a maximum for my small move (2 bedroom unit) 10km away. Made them leave 70% of my items in the garage and I brought it all up myself otherwise would have cost over $2000. Waste of money and did most the move myself. Terrible service and giant scam. Will not use again or recommend!!

  If there was an option for zero stars, I would absolutely choose it. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I made my booking two weeks ago. The sales person was extremely pushy and pressured me into paying a deposit. I received multiple email confirmations, completed all online forms, and even had the booking reconfirmed over the phone two days prior. Yet on the actual moving day, they were a no-show. No call, no message, nothing. When I contacted them, I was told that although the salesperson had “booked the date,” they had never actually booked the job. They also claimed they couldn’t provide an emergency truck to fix their mistake, and instead offered alternative dates and times with no regard for all the arrangements I had already made. This company demonstrated: A complete lack of commitment Terrible communication Greediness And a totally unprofessional, disorganised system I strongly advise: do NOT book with them.

  Nathan & Colin completed a massive move for us today in the scorching heat. We have moved many times and highly recommend these guys they took amazing care of our goods and were lovely to deal with we will be calling again for our next move.

  Ryan and Eberton helped me with my move and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. They were both super respectful, polite, calm and attentive. Due to unfortunate circumstances, they also came to help out at the end of their long day - thank you a lot to both Ryan and Eberton, but also Jay who coordinated everything behind the scenes and made sure I was looked after.
