We had a blocked storm water drain in the middle of a landscaping project. Initially there was the other plumbing company from this site took the job and agreed to fix it the next day. However not only their staff was half an hour late and spent less 5 mins on the site. He also told us he couldn't find the drain because he didn't have the pump to pump the water out. Then he just left. We tried to call them, no one answered the call. So we had to cancel the job and tried to find another plumber. We were very lucky that Andrew from AXC Plumbing Solution took the call. He told us he could come the next morning to fix the blockage which he did. He was on site on time, didn't spend much time to find the problem and unblocked the drain within half an hour. Andrew was so friendly, had excellent communication skill and charged reasonable price. In comparison to the other plumbing co, Andrew had emonstrated to us with great work ethic and professionalism. We also assigned another job to Andrew.
