04 Oct 2025Location: Dandenong, VICJob Description: Yesterday I installed a PTR insulation jacket on the Vulcan gas water heater at tenants house. It was a little difficult to fit on and I pulled the pressure relief switch temporarily during this. After I noticed steam coming from top of unit for longer than normal. Now there is no hot water to the house and when I came to check noticed a water leak.
