All services must be capped and made safe for demolition. Once the room is stripped, the plumber will return to inspect the existing pipework and confirm that the current hot, cold, and waste lines are suitable for reinstalling the new fixtures in the same positions. Minor adjustments may be required to ensure correct heights for the vanity mixer, shower mixer, and shower head, and to confirm the toilet setout and waste alignment. A pressure test should be completed before waterproofing begins. After tiling is complete, the plumber will return for fitoff. This includes installing the new toilet suite, vanity, basin, mixer, waste, trap, shower mixer trim, shower rail/head, and bath spout if applicable. All penetrations must be sealed, and all fixtures tested for leaks and correct operation. A plumbing compliance certificate is required at completion. I will supply all fixtures, including the vanity, basin, toilet, tapware, shower set, and any other fittings. The plumber should supply all necessary consumables, silicone, and minor fittings.
