Gary kindly agreed to coincide his visit with a pest controller; in order to treat my pest problem Gary a qualified roof Plumber had to remove part of my roof so the pest controller could trear the problem-an ants nest in the roof The agreed time arrived as did Gary , he was something like 5 mins late & apologised profusely for this. The pest control person was late but Gary waited patiently for him to arrive. Gary then had a bite to eat saying he was so intent on arriving on time that he hadn’t eaten lunch. Overall he was remarkably obliging & friendly. I was anxious about the whole arrangement however he was able to confirm that the job was well in hand & wouldn’t be a problem The job was completed efficiently & l had complete confidence in his professional work & overall attitude I will always use him in future It’s such s relief to find a tradesman that answers the phone, gives a date sticks to it & actually arrives punctually to do a really good job I am more than happy to recommend Gary for any of your Plumbing jobs -reliable & personableA&R Plumbing & Gasfitting
