Very happy & grateful with the work done by both David & son In assessing my problem -an infestation of ants in my roof David proved to be both nowledgeable & competent. He originally puffed the powder through the holes that the ants had made in my ceiling & in various places around my house where there was a less visible problem. I very much appreciated David’s thoughts on the matter as he suggested this as preemptive strike /treatment, first before calling in a roofing Plumber which would add to the overall cost The reasoning behind this was but there was no access to to the roof so this seemed practicable rather than get in a roofing Plumber to remove part of the roof, We knew that the biggest infestation of ants was in the roof above my dining area as they had eaten their way through my ceiling. The ceiling had been plastered over 3 times but the problem persisted. & the ants continued to eat through the ceiling This advice was practical & something l very much appreciated. While all the other areas were treated successfully the main problem in my dining area remained Because there is a 2 month warranty ( or or something like 2 months?) l was able to ring David & organise another visit without a further payment for a second visit. It became evident that there was need for part of the roof to be removed so David’s son coordinated a visit with a roofing Plumber & quickly found the nest ‘& it was then treated quickly; & best of all successfully. I had been living with ants dropping through the ceiling for months & having tried all sorts of remedies I had originally resisted calling a pest controller for fear of an exhorbitant fee & the use of what l thought would be a highly toxic method to kill the ants It took only 2 visits from David & son to completely eradicate the problem I am eternally grateful for his professionalism, reasonable rates & treating the pests with Pyrethrum rather than some very nasty poison Very happy to recommend David’s business. If there were to ever be another pest problem l wouldn’t hesitate to call David immediately rather than worry about the cost & method used.
