Very responsive communication from Adam, quoted me the cost of the job including materials (excluding GST), and we agreed on a time and date that is convenient for me. Bill and Ritchie called ahead to ensure they picked the right cistern for the job. Arrived slightly late than expected but they were able to let me know the new time they would arrive. Very professional and friendly guys, able to install the new cistern within an hour and take away the old one. Great job overall, there are no more water leaks, and job also includes a lifetime warranty on the service. Thanks guys! keep up the good work.

I was expecting that the flexi hoses under the kitchen sink would need replacing, as would the mixer tap as a result. Upon inspection I was advised they were in excellent condition as was the tap. I appreciated their honesty. Both Adam and Omar were polite, clean and a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Adam and Omar enough.
