The work done included excavation and concreting peers and the slab. Everything went smooth from the first time we spoke on the phone to the completion of the job, and its because Sam kept us in the loop and always had the communication lines open. I've dealt with trades before and the quote process can become a minefield, I learnt not to take the cheap and nasty quote, it always comes back to bite you at the end. Sams quote was honest and very competitive, the fact he works with larger organisations means he doesn't muck you around. As the owner builder, I'm happy to concede without a shadow of a doubt Sam provided one of 'The' best experiences Ive had dealing with a trade, the Sydney water agent and my engineer were also impressed with Sam's work.
