Didn't provide a quote over the internet, however this is to be expected as the job has to be seen to be appreciated. From the day of the first contact it was within 2 days that our dishwasher was installed and there was full communication between myself and the company. He even told me the parts I would need and gave me the option of sourcing them myself if it would be significantly cheaper (I ended up just getting him to source them as it was a difference of about $3 between his supplier and Bunnings). I found the service to be extremely friendly and personal.
