Once I installed a new Gas oven and after the job was complete and i'd gone home, I had a call back from the customer saying that she had lost her cat and she could hear it behind the kitchen wall. I returned to the job and found that whilst i was not looking the cat had decided to inspect my work and in doing so went into a hole in the kick board area under the kitchen cupboards. I had installed the Gas Oven with the cat trapped in under the cupboards. I quickly rescued the cat and everyone was happy.

How much will it cost to.....? I usually can give an idea of price. but that is difficult sight unseen. I much prefer to visit the customer and see exactly what is required and get a better feel for the customers expectations.

Mostly, its difficult to provide quotes over the phone so i really prefer to inspect the job first. Its better to see exactly what is required, that way I won't be rushed or misinformed and the customer will get what they have asked for.

For Service work there is a call out fee which covers travel and dispatch cost plus some time in the job diagnosing the problem. Our service tech will assess the work and come to you with an upfront price to carry out the repair.  Payment is collect on job completion either by Cash, Card or Bank Transfer.
