Don't get me wrong, he will definitely challenge and push you to your physical limits whilst ensuring you've got great technique. Location: Earlwood, NSWJob Description: I'm an electronic engineer in Agricultural tech which is sometimes very sedentary and at other times very physically taxing (occasional weeks of rushing around, working at client sites or on-farm). Im also self-building our house which means occasionally doing very taxing work like trenching or framing etc... At times my job is extremely stressful which has caused me to gain weight, lose sleep, suffer increasing inflammation and joint pain in my ankles and lower back. This has gotten far worse in the last 6 months and I put on ~10kg in that time. I was recently diagnosed with facet arthritis in my lower back and ankles and I've committed to losing weight and starting an exercise regime to build core strength. I've also started on a GLP1 drug (Mounjaro) to help drop my weight from 110kg down to a healthy BMI. I'm 188cm tall so something ~85kg. I'd like a PT who is familiar with the drug and understands what's required to train appropriately around it. I'm interested in building a plan for nutrition and diet, learning the proper form and exercises to train at home. I have a stationary bike to cycle at home. 04 Aug 2023Location: Earlwood, NSWJob Description: My father almost died about 4months ago when he was in hospital for 3 weeks, with all their debilitating drugs. He wasn't sick in his body he had (has a bit still) depression as his wife of 58yrs died 2 years ago. We are looking for someone who is guenuinely caring and understanding of the elderly and has a lovely and kind personality. He needs to regain his core strength and muscles, esp if he has a fall when alone at home. He is doing better than ever in his body and mental health and can walk an average of 3ks/day, but is sad about not being able to get himself up after a small fall, which he has had many of since coming home.
