It also has a rail and fence like wood work that supports the anroi dining area. A bedroom located off the kitchen/dining room. All on upper level! Steps go down into lounge room 2 and these walls and skirting boards/ Doors/ door frames need painting. The bathroom The Laundry and Toilet need painting. White Crisp colour water based for walls Tauman or British Paintssemi gloss on skirting boards. The lounge room shutters x10 need painting as do the skirting boards in lounge area 1. Please provide quotes asap as need job done urgently while my son is overseas3 weeks. I will clean walls for preparation. A couple of holes in wall need putty. The best quote will win job.
