  It appears the original review has been removed from the Decoartive Coating Painters page. There would be no need to remove honest and truthful reviews unless the company is purposefully trying to deceive the public from actual undertakings. If disagreed, I strongly suggest proving evidence otherwise. This is not defamation as all comments made are true with evidence available to inform the public and potential employees. If you work for DCP you should CHECK YOUR SUPERANNUATION, it is highly likely no super has been paid as they already have accrued debt with the ATO and have not paid super over two financial years still. James has stated outstanding payments were made but I beg to differ with the ATO saying otherwise. I would not recommend people to work for or use the services of this painting company. James and his partner have demonstrated unethical business practices, including failing to pay workers' superannuation, annual leave, and sick leave. This has led to a high turnover of staff, many of whom leave due to these issues. Previous employees who may be too affraid to speak up may not leave  honest reviews but others can attest.  Employees who raise concerns are either ignored or threatened which speaks volumes about their management style. If you don’t mind supporting a company that do the above then you might consider them, but I strongly suggest avoiding them if you care about both quality work and worker rights. James you should not need to hide these reviews if you can prove you have paid employees. Taking advantange of hard working employees is sad. It may be worth cooperating with authorities and paying outstanding monies owed to ensure the best outcome of both the Decorative Costing Painters (DCP) and employees. As per the QBCC website DCP has had a suspended licence as a result of unpaid debts, and infringement notices for other failed payments. CHECK THIS. Evidence of any of the above can be shown and will be provided to authorities

  The guys from DC Painters have just painted the exterior of our office and it looks amazing! The team of painters were awesome and Melanie kept us updated on things all the time. Would highly recommend them :)

  Beyond happy with Decorative Coating Painters. They painted our house in 2023 and Melanie and the guys had great communication throughout the whole process. They gave great input and suggestions.   I can't speak highly enough about this team. They just completed a large and detailed Qld'er repaint for us and we couldn't be more happy. Attention to details was amazing, nothing was too difficult and James' team was always ready to go the extra yard to make the job look fantastic. Great to see such an enthusiastic young couple doing a really fantastic job. In this day an age when mediocrity is the norm, it is refreshing to find such excellence. Well done Mel & James.

  Yes we are an insured business. We have Public Liability through NRMA and also Work Cover QLD for all onsite tradesmen/apprentices. We also have a guaranteed 5 year warranty upon completion of works.
