We initially inquired with Allusion Landscaping about constructing a caravan bay in our front yard but when Doug Morgan described what he could do for our tired 35 year old garden we were drawn into his vision and swept away with his passion for making our garden something to be proud of. The task was to completely makeover the front and back yards, lifting existing paving and repurposing to widen the driveway and create new paths; laying new travertine; removing an existing pond system and building an elevated bespoke deck; extensive limestone work to define existing gardens and building limestone retaining with featured rubble walls; building steps as a central feature to the front portico and to access the deck; removal of superfluous plants, extensive plantings of new native and water wise plants and replanting of existing plants; complete overhaul of existing reticulation system and installing a new independent system; preparing and laying of a new roll on lawn; supply and spreading of high quality mulch. Such a lot of work but what made this such a joy was Doug and his team's dedication to the task, determination to reuse whatever they could and their excellent workmanship. They take pride in their work and this certainly gives you faith in the vision. Doug listens to what you would like and builds on your vision. His horticultural knowledge and support inspires you to be a better gardener. (I love weeding now!) His team, Matt, Harley and Andrew are happy to explain what they are doing, are respectful of your property and work diligently to create a beautiful garden.
