  I had a pruning job that I needed to be completed. Within 24 hours of my request appearing on OneFlare, James had contacted me with a quotation. Throughout the process of organising a day and time for the completion of this job, James constantly kept me up to date and was courteous and polite. Due to other commitments, James and his labourer presented at my home on a Sunday afternoon to complete this job. This time was very convenient for me as I work full-time during the week.
