Ryan did a full clean of our roof. It was a total mess when he started, and now it isn't! He was punctual, friendly and a hard worker. He took before and after shots of everything as well as made sure I knew how much it would cost at every step of the way. I really appreciated his transparency, and he wasn't afraid to call out if there was something he recommended someone else to do (this only happened with one specific roof engineering based item). He was not pushy about making a sale, instead he listed all the items that he suggested to help resolve and I got to make the decision if I wanted to go ahead with any or each item. I went ahead with all of them and I am very happy. Most importantly, Ryan is a young guy with a great attitude and wanting to do the best he can do. He values his work and I can see why.
