Many years ago we purchased a 1950’s cream brick farm house in the hills outside Melbourne. The house was dated and the three acres of gardens overgrown and un-landscaped. It presented a challenging and ongoing project. On the recommendation of friends, we approached James Caink for advice on how to proceed with our dated and neglected property.
