      Job Description: Summary A vehicle has impacted the front fence and the residence, resulting in impact damage to property. Residence is a single story, rendered, brick veneer construction with a custom orb sheeting roof supported by timber roof trusses, and has a concrete slab footing. Scope of work 1. The builder is a registered builder and licensed to complete the works specified 2. The builder to cover costs and be responsible for insurances such as: 2.1. contractor's risk 2.2. public liability 2.3. worker's compensation 2.4. home warranty 3. The builder is to provide public liability insurance to $5 Million and insure the property to the extent of the contract whilst the works proceed. EXTERNAL Front Fence 4. Demolish the remainder of the impact damaged section of front fence to top of strip footing, comprising one pier, and two lengths of base brickwork. 5. Re-build one impact damaged pier, and two lengths of base brickwork similar to previously existing 6. Supply and install one new infill panel similar to existing 7. Reuse one existing infill panels and re-install 8. supply and install new render to re-build pier and base brickwork, with colour and texture similar to previously existing 9. prepare and paint new capping and existing capping, in colour similar to previously existing 10. Paint, re-paint and match Front Porch 11. Remove and store (or discard and replace) soffit lining including beading and joint cover strips Brick Veneer and External 12. Remove and store (or discard and replace) eaves lining and associated items to facilitate demolition and rebuilding of impacted damaged brick veneer, from north-east corner of bedroom one, around to south-west corner of WIR. 13. Remove and store for re-use downpipes to facilitate demolition and rebuilding of impact damage brickwork. 14. Carefully demolish impact damaged brickwork from north-east corner of bedroom one, around to south-west corner of WIR. 15. Re-build brick veneer using new bricks and new brick ties, similar to previously existing. Tooth new brickwork into existing brickwork. 16. Supply and install articulation joints similar to previously existing. Note, allow to mastic seal with colour similar to render colour, and not render over the mastic sealant. 17. Allow to remove and replace articulation joint to west wall of WIR and bedroom 1, noting no new render over the new mastic sealant. Make good the crack to render adjacent the top of the articulation joint. 18. Supply and install new render to re-built brick veneer, with colour and texture similar to previously existing. 19. Supply and install new eaves or use stored lining and associated items similar to previously existing. 20. Reinstate stored downpipes and water tank as previously existing. 21. Paint, repaint and match 22. Remove and discard sarking to exposed external walls servicing bedroom 1, ensuite and Walk-in-robe - supply and install new sarking 23. Remove and store batt type insulation to exposed external walls servicing bedroom 1, ensuite and Walk-in-robe - re-instate batt type insulation INTERNAL W.C. 24. Remove and store 85 x 18 Victorian profile MDF architraves to South Window installation 25. Realign 650 x 620h aluminium window installation to the south wall 26. Undertake minor repair to south east internal corner plasterboard 27. prepare, seal and paint walls throughout, prepare seal and paint window reveals and architraves throughout Ensuite 28. Remove and store 85 x 18 Victorian profile MDF architraves to south window installation 29. Realign 650 x 620h aluminium window installation to south wall 30. Reinstate 85 x 18 Victorian profile MDF Architraves to south windo installation 31. prepare, seal and paint walls throughout, prepare seal and paint window reveals and architraves throughout
