Location: Plumpton, NSWJob Description: Hi, We have been troubled by our contractor who was supposed to deliver completed two bathrooms and create a new very small kitchen. He started the work 3 days back, however we have noticed that he is not professional, he is changing his words within every two minutes of discussion. He has no clear plan of what he is doing, his team of 2 members is also not trained or professional in their work. He increases the costs for no reason and doesnt sign any written contracts, emails, copies of work we demanded. For every question we ask, he says leave it for the end.. However, he never even explains what is he currently doing. We are in a very tight situation, he has taken $5000, upfront however hasn't done any work so far other than demolishing a gyprock wall and the plumber who has commenced work but half done. He doesn't even attend the site, he starts at 7:00 am and disappears from the site at 8:00 am to come back at 2:00 to leave from the site. His team of two members also do the same. (my wife is at home who has noticed this behaviour for all three days). I finish work at 3:00 pm which means he never meets me personally and takes phone calls only when he has time. He has dug concrete in one room for plumbing reasons and we have no further understanding of what his next steps are. We would appreciate someone to please look at the project, be HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, PROFESSIONAL, TRAINED and available to do work ON TIME. Since this is a initial stage of the renovation, it may be easier to pick up, however it definitely needs to start immediately due to the digging open floor which is hazardous in a residence. Please contact me directly if you are interested to HELP us. Appreciate written contract and timeliness professionalism from you.
