  We recently completed a renovation new build on a heritage house in Beaconsfield. We employed David from Domus Homes to oversee the building project as we were interstate at the time. He guided us through the whole project from initial design to submitting paperwork to council, selection of services to builder tender. He provided us with weekly updates, progress reports, timelines and pictures from the site. David brings a wealth of experience from the building industry which was invaluable and is always there to discuss any issues we had particularly at the beginning with the heritage issues. The house turned out amazing and we are so happy with the result. We would highly recommend David from Domus Homes for any building project.

  We engaged Domus Homes in 2016 to undertake the renovation of our coastal apartment in Maroubra. The result has been a very high quality and tasteful renovation which has exceeded our expectations! The key things that made this project a success were • David Edelstein was instrumental in helping us plan and budget the renovations and in navigating the regulatory hurdles of obtaining a development approval, construction certificate and occupancy certificate. • David was critical to obtaining top quality architectural, building, joinery and interior decoration services in whom we could trust and whose ideas were very well judged. Without his contacts and professional relationships, it is difficult to imagine we would have had any outcome let alone such a good one. • During the renovation process our ideas for the apartment were fully realised and we were carefully consulted and kept informed of progress even though we lived in another city. • Inevitably there were moments when not everything went exactly to plan but we always found a way through, quickly and cheerfully. • Exceptional attention was given to the quality and detail of work and to ensuring the renovations were in harmony with the character of our apartment .
