I have done quite a lot of on-line training with my 3 yr old Springer Spaniel in the past, and have also had 2 trainers round to my house to help with Banjo pulling on his lead. (They didnt really help) I was beginning to think it would take months of training or else that my dog was simply too enthusiastic and would never learn, but honestly after 5 mins with Donal he was walking on a loose leash! I could hardly believe my eyes! Donal covered lots of other topics in the hour too and gave tips and suggestions for other problems that I had with my dog - barking to greet guests and jumping up, not being able to maintain a sit, crossing the road, not chasing the ball until given the signal - and my dog is totally ball obsessed! Previously he would not give up the ball once retrieved. I obviously have a lot of work to do with him but Donal has given me so many tips in just one hour, that I am VERY hopeful of a great outcome with short daily practice sessions.
