Rhys was just fantastic. We changed our minds a couple of times on the materials we wanted to use and he came back with the updated pricing and options very quickly. When doing the job they encountered a couple of issues on the property so they offered a couple of workarounds and then just got it done. The Ace Handyman guys went above and beyond with a some tailoring to make the opening and closing of the gates as easy as possible. They showed up when they said they would, they finished the job in the time they had said and there were absolutely no issues with them at all. I cannot recommend them more highly, they were just wonderful. And really lovely guys, very easy going with all the requests and changes we threw at them! Very reasonably priced too ,so they definitely ticked all the boxes. They tidied everything up and made sure we were happy with the job before leaving. Location: Frankston, VICJob Description: The gate worked perfectly when the post was replaced four years ago, but the opening now seems narrower and the gate has become difficult to open. I dont want to replace the post again, so Im hoping for a long term solution based on adjusting the gate itself. Could you please check whether the gate can be re aligned, trimmed slightly, or fitted with adjustable hinges so it operates smoothly and stays that way for the next 10+ years? If needed, Im also open to adding a diagonal brace to help keep the gate square over time. If you have a better long term approach than the options Ive mentioned, Im very happy to go with your recommendation.
