Ken is amazing so calm and explains everything so it's easy to understand. There is an initial longer session and then follow up sessions scheduled when you need them. Ken is so obliging fits into your schedule and nothing is a bother for him. Is always contactable by phone or email if you have any questions. I am amazed how different my dog is around him. It is obvious that the dog knows Ken is in charge but I am still working on getting that same control. All training requires a bit of effort but if you keep to Ken's guidelines you do notice changes quite soon.
