  Mark was amazing with our German Shepard puppy Keko. As first time owners of a puppy and a German Shepherd we wanted guidance on training her correctly right from the get go. Mark was excellent at teaching us why she will do certain behaviour and how to best correct her right away. He not only trained her but best of all taught us how to train her. It’s been two weeks since our 2 hour training session and she is doing so well at home, all of our family has commented on how well trained she is and that’s she is such a well behaved puppy. Best of all we were left feeling confident in our ability to train her. Happy puppy happy life!!!

  Mark came and rescued my family from a German Shepherd puppy that was biting so violently that we thought we may have to surrender him. Within minutes Mark had devised a method to stop the biting and educated the family on how to manage this. We now have a loving puppy that doesn't bite!

  I highly recommend Mark as an in-home dog trainer. Mark came to our house around 3 years ago for a puppy training session for our dog Lulu. Mark trains people to train their puppy. He taught us how to put in place good routines and methods to train Lulu ourselves day to day, and gave us personalised tips based on our home situation. We loved the convenience of doing the training at our own home in one long session, and most importantly it allowed the whole family to be involved, so that we could all be consistent with training Lulu. So much better than trying to find the time for us all to attend puppy school each week! We have recommended Mark to several friends who have adopted puppies since then, and everyone has raved about how great the training is!

  Having a young puppy is extremely stressful, especially if you don’t know what you’re doing! Mark patiently answered all of our concerns and gave us lots of tips on how to train our puppy and not let him train us! His 12 months of continued phone support has given us a lot of reassurance knowing he has our back if any further issues or problems arises. Highly recommended!

  Home dog training can be really expensive and it is not uncommon to hear of people paying 400 dollars plus to get help for their dogs. I saw a need for more affordable quality home dog training and here I now am.

• What do you like most about your job?

  Helping owners connect with their dogs. Helping owners understand how to correctly communicate with their dogs. Growing in my knowledge and experience with each visit.
