Very happy with Matt - he is young but works like a seasoned pro. Matt and his team transformed my apartment by replacing the carpet with hard flooring, installed wall features, and updated the kitchen cabinets. Everything was done smoothly and efficiently - boom, boom, boom, done! I’m sure we all have come across horror stories about tradies/builders at some point in Melbourne/Australia and I personally have had some of the worst experience with tradies/builders. With Matt, I don't even have to be on site to yell at anyone or stress. Matt was reliable, communicative, and completely on top of things. There was an issue with the building manager, but Matt handled it with maturity and grace. Even though the fault was debatable, he took full accountability and absorbed the cost just to keep the peace. I was genuinely impressed by his attitude and professionalism - very good kid. I’d be more than happy to engage Matt again for future works. Hey Matt, don’t overwork your wife though 😅!
